We provide pan india delivery of your orders. You need to select the correct shipping location from the option ‘SHIPPING TO” provided at the footer of our website. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping providers to handle your order in the best possible way for safe & fast delivery. Currently, we are unable to deliver in Bangladesh, Russia, North Korea, and other such locations restricted for courier delivery by DHL, FedEx & UPS. In case you wish to place an order for delivery in these countries we request you to please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be glad to help you with it.

Shipping Charges for Delivery In India

We provide free shipping within India for all Prepaid orders above INR 1500.00. For orders up to INR 1500.00, we have a nominal charge of INR 150.00 towards shipping & handling charges.

Please note there are no additional charges for Cash on delivery payment orders.

  • Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India.
  • The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery orders is capped at INR 15000.00.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India

Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an order for delivery to an International location in the India store. You will have to select/change your shipping location through the option provided on the footer of the website ‘SHIPPING TO’ and select the location of delivery.

Please note changing your shipping location during checkout will lead to the loss of items in your shopping bag. Shipping charges & Policy of the selected store will apply to your order.

Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy

We understand you are eagerly waiting for the ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC-checked condition in the least possible time. We strive to dispatch your order at the earliest possible time however certain styles are procured and arranged from other locations and hence in a few cases, the dispatch timelines can be extended up to 2 weeks. We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via Email & SMS. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however, please rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum of up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin code/Zip code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

Customs and Import Duties on orders

We don’t charge/collect any additional Taxes or Duties for orders which are meant to be delivered in India. However, all orders which are to be delivered outside India may be subject to Country specific Import Duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any Duties & Taxes while you are ordering on the website. Any additional charge towards Import/ Customs Duties & Taxes if any, may be levied by the Customs authority. These charges are to be borne by the receiver and Hasten Fashion has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuality. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

In case the receiver fails to pay the asked Duties & Taxes and doesn’t collect the order from the shipping partners Hasten Fashion will not be liable for any refund amount for such orders. When ordering from any brand website of ours (Label Hasten Fashion) you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
